MASS Gallery and Pease Park Conservancy are partnering for an ambient music night in the Treehouse!

MASS Ambient is a communal ambient music night centered around deep listening and relaxing. Come experience a beautiful tapestry of sound, color, and light brought to you by local artists and musicians. The evening will consist of 2 instrumental ambient sets and one DJ session. MASS Gallery is thrilled to work in collaboration with Pease Park Conservancy to activate the Treehouse for the ultimate listening experience. Come float with us, and bring your own blanket and pillow!

Woodland Walk: Forest Habitats

Join Pease Park Conservancy for a guided walk through Kingsbury Commons and learn about the forest ecosystem in the area.

REGISTER HERE

During this walk, you can expect to learn about the unique geology of the land, the kinds of species found in this habitat type, the challenges these habitats might face, and more. We will meet at the front end of Kingsbury Commons, to the right of the Picnic Table area, and make our way throughout the park.

Please note: This tour will require a walk of about a half mile and some of this will be on uneven terrain.

We are thrilled to invite you to our 3rd Annual Wellness Festival at Pease Park on June 1, 2025! This event is more than just a day of yoga—it's about cultivating community, bringing yoga off the mat, and creating a space where we can connect, celebrate, and elevate our collective energy.

At Black Swan Yoga, we believe in the power of yoga to heal, uplift, and unite us. Our wellness festival is designed to do just that. From yoga and sound healing to live music and local vendors, this event is a celebration of wellness in all its forms.

Donation-Based Entry ($12 per person): All proceeds go towards the preservation of Pease Park, ensuring that this beautiful green space remains a sanctuary for all. Your presence not only supports your wellness but helps protect this vital park for future generations.

Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes will include age-appropriate yoga and movement, including breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, and more. Your family will get to practice fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills, and begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools. Free and open to the public! All ages are welcome but these classes are geared toward toddlers and their grown ups.

In the hot summer months, this class will be in the Tudor Cottage and will be limited in numbers so you will have space to move.

This family-friendly workshop is free and open to the public. Please note this event is geared towards parents and their infants between 0-12 months old.

As the demands of parenthood can often lead to feeling overwhelmed and isolated, it is essential to support parents’ emotional well-being and infant development in a nurturing environment. This engaging workshop will explore the practice of mindfulness in nature and how to seamlessly integrate it into your everyday life.

Sound Bath in the Treehouse with ATX Yoga Girl

Nurture your mind and body while in nature with an immersive full body listening experience “bathing” in the vibrations emitted from Crystal Alchemy, Crystal Quartz, and Tibetan bowls plus the Earth, Water, Fire & Air Koshi chimes. Unplug, slow down and take a breath to pause alone or with the entire family. You will be laying down for this experience, so bring a mat or blanket to enjoy.

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS FULL

Please note that although the majority of our events are free, there is a $10 fee per person to attend this event. This fee helps us cover the cost of the event and will help us manage attendance since this has proven to be one of our events with a larger attendance. Research has shown that spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness can alleviate stress and improve psychological well-being. This engaging workshop will explore the practice of mindfulness in nature and how to seamlessly integrate it into your everyday life. Modern parents are feeling overwhelmed and need supportive community connections and mental wellness resources. Mindfulness is a tool that can be used to help parents slow down, be present and learn to manage everyday challenges.
