Join us at Lamar Terrace as we care for developing trees by ensuring they stay hydrated during the intense Texas summer.
Please bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfortable weather appropriate shoes and clothing that you do not mind getting dirty. We will provide all necessary materials, but you are welcome to bring your own gloves.
We highly encourage alternate forms of transportation such as public transportation, walking, biking, ridesharing and carpooling if you are able. If you do drive please park at Gaston (2610 Shoal Creek Blvd) and use the Shoal Creek Trail to the walk to the Wildflower Meadow; or park at the Austin Senior Activity Center Parking Lot (2874 Shoal Crest Ave) and safely cross Lamar Blvd.
When you arrive please gather at the large Mystic Raven statue and keep an eye our for PPC branded signage as well as a golfcart-like vehicle known as the Cushman.

If you sign up, please make every effort to show up. Our events are free so all of our community members can attend. But we plan our events to be meaningful for the number of people who register to be there, so please make every effort to attend if you have registered.
