About Qi Gong

Qi Gong, or Qigong, is an ancient Chinese practice combining physical movements, breathing techniques, and mental focus to balance, strengthen and enhance the flow of "Qi" or "Chi" (life energy) through skilled practice "Gong" or "Kung".

This practice spans back thousands of years. Qi Gong was deeply influenced by Taoism and Buddhism, with Confucian elements. It focuses on harmony, balance, martial training and self-cultivation.
