Volunteer With Pease Corps

Did you know we offer volunteer opportunities nearly every day? From litter pick-up to mulching, there’s something for everyone!

Pease Corps is our volunteer workforce and the backbone of the Conservancy. Thanks to their efforts, more than 3,000 trees have been planted, the lawn and canopy have been restored, and hundreds of harmful invasive species have been removed.

Now that the weather is cooling down, it’s the perfect time to get outside and volunteer at Austin’s oldest park!

Splash Pad Season Comes to an End

The final day of splash-tastic fun was October 31st, 2025.

We hope the splash pad helped you stay cool this summer and created memories that will last forever. This is not goodbye, but a see-you-later. Be sure to keep an eye out for updates on the splash pad’s reopening next year. We look forward to splashing into another season with you!

Pease Park was founded in 1875 with the donation of the first 23 acres by Governor Pease and his family. For generations, we have experienced its natural beauty and the storied history shaped by the people who have shared this space.

Now Pease Park Conservancy continues to restore and steward the park, working to honor its history while welcoming everyone to enjoy it.
