Join the first-ever Doge ATX Parade, sponsored by the Japan America Society of Greater Austin (JASGA). Do you have a Shiba Inu (or just love them)? The Doge ATX Parade will feature a selection of Austin-area Shibas, in addition to language instructions on Japanese dog phrases like “sit”, “stay”, “roll over” with Japanese language instructor, Kazki Watanabe, author of “Japanese for Dogs.” Plus a special tea ceremony presented by Chado Austin, and an Origami class! All dogs must be leashed, and Shiba Inus that appear in the parade must be registered. Please contact lnakashima@jasgaaustin.org to volunteer or register your Shiba Inu dog.
