Get outside and get moving with our friends from Regymen Fitness for a free HIIT style workout. Regymen begins the workout with a light 5-10 minute warm up and ends with a 5-10 minute cool down stretch. Regymen Fitness will provide all equipment. Bring your own water bottle and if you have a yoga mat, please bring it as well. Class is appropriate for all levels!
