Are you a local coffee shop, bakery, brewery, or small food business looking to connect with the Austin community? We’d love to hear from you!
Pease Park Conservancy is now accepting applications for our new Pop-Up Concessionaire Program.
Beginning in fall of 2026, we will host temporary concessionaires at Pease Park two weekends each month, offering park visitors coffee, baked goods, light snacks, beverages (including alcoholic beverages where permitted), and other unique offerings that enhance the park experience.
Have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into the categories mentioned here? Tell us about it! We’re excited to partner with creative local businesses and would love to feature themed weekends throughout the year-- from mulled wine during the holidays and beer during Oktoberfest to fresh coffee on crisp spring mornings.
Program Details
Two weekends available per month beginning October 2026
Revenue-share model with 10% of sales benefitting Pease Park Conservancy
Concessionaires must obtain and maintain all required City of Austin permits, licenses, and insurance
Vendors must operate from a mobile cart, stand, or kiosk that can be easilly situated within the park. Large food trucks cannot be accommodated
To complement our existing permanent concessions, frozen desserts and Tex-Mex concepts are not eligible for this program
