We had so much fun the first time, that we are hosting another Forest Play Pick-Up event! Come by the picnic table at Live Oak Meadow (2201 Parkway) and pick up a pre-made Forest Play Kit! The Forest Play DIY activities are specifically created for kids and are meant to facilitate exploration and creativity, as well as just being a good time. These activities can be done in Pease Park or anywhere you like with a few simple materials. This is a great way for kids to stretch their creative muscles while enjoying the outdoors! And parents get to have a little outdoor break too, a win-win for everyone!

On Thursday, July 23rd from 9 -10:30 am we will be handing out individual kits with all of the supplies you need for the Scavenger Hunt activity. The kit will also include a kids t-shirt and a Pease Park Conservancy face mask!

We will be wearing masks and practicing social distancing at the check-in site. Please come wearing your mask and plan on safe social distancing once you are in the park.

For those coming via public transportation, the MLK/Lamar bus stop puts you out right at the park!
